Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start your return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery.

  Disassemble your furniture and pack it securely in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Print your prepaid shipping label and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off your package at an authorized shipping location as instructed by our team.
